This page describes the inquiry features currently available on the SOURCEYK website.
Information you provide
When you submit a request, we save your contact details, product requirements, destination, optional company or budget information, reference images and privacy confirmation. We also record the entry source, submission time and any associated product details.
Why we use it
The information is used to review and follow up on your request. Authorized staff may add internal notes, classify the request and record its progress. An administrator notification contains a reference and a protected management link rather than your uploaded attachments.
Uploads and access
Inquiry attachments are stored separately from public product images and are accessible through authorized staff access. Do not upload passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal documents. Public product and article images are different: they are intended for website display.
Browser storage and technical information
When you continue from the homepage, your browser can temporarily store the product draft and selected images to transfer them to the inquiry page. A handoff draft is loaded only if it is less than two hours old and is cleared after a confirmed successful submission. Older storage may remain in your browser until it is cleared or replaced. Administrator login uses WordPress cookies. Security controls use hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions; server logs may also record technical requests.
Retention and questions
Requests and attachments are retained for review and follow-up and can be included in backups. Automatic deletion is not currently implemented. To ask about your request or your information, use the contact page and include your inquiry reference. We may need to verify your identity before handling a data request.
