1. Order Processing Time

3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Unless otherwise specified in your sales contract, our standard quoting basis is:
FOB [e.g., Ningbo/Shanghai]: We are responsible for transporting goods to the port of departure. The buyer is responsible for sea freight, insurance, and import clearance at the destination.
We also offer other Incoterms upon request:
EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges pickup from our warehouse in [e.g., Yongkang].
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover cost, insurance, and freight to your destination port.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped under FOB, EXW, or CIF terms, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
For orders shipped under DDP terms, Yongkang Mengzhen Trading Co., Ltd. covers all customs duties and taxes. The price quote you receive is final.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with:
A commercial invoice and packing list.
A Bill of Lading (B/L) or tracking number (for courier/air shipments).
You can use these documents to track your shipment’s status with the respective carrier.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within [e.g., 5] days with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or compensation according to our Terms & Conditions.
